Adam Levine Has Been Rocking "Mom Jeans" Since He Was a Little Kid (PHOTO)
The Voice Coach has been a trendsetter since childhood.
Adam Levine has always been ahead of trends.
Looking back at an adorable April 2020 Instagram photo gives fans an inside look at the current Voice Coach's childhood. He was a rocker back then, too, and he had a penchant for wearing mom jeans. Even Levine himself couldn't resist commenting on his stylish fashion choice from the 1980s, admitting that he hasn't changed one bit since that photo was taken.
"Nothing has changed...Not even the weird stone washed mom jeans," he said in a caption.
Rocking out with his electric guitar on his childhood couch, Levine is sporting the relaxed fit, loose-around-the-hips, and ultra-comfortable denim. What else is there to say? Levine was ahead of his time! He knew those jeans were on-trend before anybody else. And decades later, the Maroon 5 frontman is still as cool as ever.

However, for someone like Levine, it's easy to look like one of the coolest musicians in the world — because it's true. But winning The Voice is a far more challenging proposition. The Season 27 Battles are officially underway, and the competition is heating up!

Levine has a secret weapon up his sleeve in Season 27. He enlisted the help of an old friend he's known since high school to be his personal Battle Advisor: Kate Hudson!
Viewers were shocked when Hudson revealed her singing talents during the Season 25 Live Finale, and they were even more stunned to see the star alongside Levine these past few weeks as he tries to steer Team Adam to another Season victory. Hudson herself isn't starstruck to be in the position she's in, though. She's known Levine for a long time (mom jeans and all), and used to being around him.
In a March interview with Entertainment Tonight, Hudson revealed that Levine was all about being a rock star, even back in high school.
"You know, he loved it," the Almost Famous star explained. "His first band, they were always playing somewhere. It's amazing to see his success and then to be here doing this with him, it feels very familiar, yet surreal at the same time."
So, how does Levine feel about Hudson being part of Team Adam during the Battles?
"She's so annoying," the father of three deadpanned in true Levine fashion. "She can, like, do everything."
Only time will tell if Hudson really can do everything — like help her friend win his fourth Voice championship!
