Kate Hudson Just Shared an Update on Her 3 Kids: Daughter Rani "Is My Great Critic"
Ryder, Bingham, and Rani are each cultivating their passions, she told Seth Meyers.
Kate Hudson paid a visit to Late Night with Seth Meyers on March 3, and the actress and Glorious singer gave the audience an update on her three kids —or as she called them, "my babies!": Ryder, Bing, and Rani.
Check out what Hudson had to say about her three children below.
Kate Hudson's son, Ryder Robinson is in performing arts school
"Ryder is now 21, and he is in performing arts school. Imagine that," she told Seth Meyers. Ryder Robinson's father is Black Crowes musician Chris Robinson, who was married to Hudson from 2000-2007.
"Keep passing it down," Meyers joked, referring to Hudson's own position as Hollywood royalty due to her famous parents.
"Just you wait," Hudson retorted, referring to Meyers' own three children.

Kate Hudson's son, Bingham Bellamy, saved his cash box from the Palisades Fire
"Bing is 13 now, and quite actually loves money. I know we talked about this before. He was a big stock market guy, and he still loves it," Hudson said of her son with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy. Future broker?
"We were unfortunately in the Palisades Fire —our house was okay, but you learn a lot about what you take And the only thing Bing took was his cash box," she continued. "That's all he needed, and he then couldn't figure out how to open it."
"You got to have two things: You got to bring it, and you got to also bring the key," said Meyers, as Hudson replied, "Yeah, it's been a whole thing."
When it came to her youngest, six-year-old Rani (pronounced "Ronnie"), Hudson revealed that her daughter is her "great critic."
Kate Hudson's daughter Rani gives her adorable acting notes
"She watches everything I do, and she has something to say about it," said Hudson. "On set on Running Point, she was like always, 'Now, mommy, I don't know why you went to the desk like that.'"
"Well, because that's the joke, and she's like, "But it's not funny,'" she continued. "And I was like, 'Oh. Well, maybe it'll be funny when you never see it.'"

In addition to being a critic, Hudson revealed her daughter is also a fashionista, and "very much a Libra."
"Everything's very aesthetic. Even like architecture, she'll walk into a building and she'll just be like, 'The light is really amazing in here,'" she said. "And you're like, 'Wow, okay. That's sophisticated.'"
"You got to stop bringing her on set," quipped Meyers. "Everybody's like, 'Can you stop bringing your very critical daughter?'"
"Danny wants to move into the woods. He's like, we're moving into the woods, we're taking everything away from her," joked Hudson, referring to her fiancé, and Rani's father, actor/composer Danny Fujikawa.
In a 2021 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Hudson said Rani is "really special. She's just this loving, funny — she's hilarious, oh, my God, and she likes to be funny. You know, she's goofy."
On February 27, Hudson posted a carousel to her Instagram of images and videos from filming her new show — including a couple of adorable pictures of Rani on set, watching her mom at work.
