Are More Kids on the Way for Jenna Bush Hager?: "I'm Pretty Sure..."
Savannah Guthrie forced her co-star to answer a tricky question!
Jenna Bush Hager already has three beautiful kids — Poppy, Mila, and Hal — but is number four on the way? A question posed by Savannah Guthrie during the March 3 episode of TODAY had the star address that very topic!
Guthrie revealed to Hager that she dreamed her friend was expecting her fourth child — and suddenly asked her if she had anything to announce live on air.
Hager wasted no time getting to the point. After a deep breath, she looked straight into the camera ("You guys, drum roll, please") and had every viewer watching at home sitting at the edge of their seat.
"No, no, no!" Hager said as both women broke out in laughter.
"We just love a drum roll," Guthrie said.
"I have nothing to announce," Hager confessed. "I'm pretty sure I've come to terms that three, although it's an imperfect number, is a perfect number for our household."

Although she would love to have another baby (Hager cited her husband's age (Henry will be 47 in May) as the deciding factor) it's definitely not an issue of whether she is "too old" to have a baby!
"I'm still quite young," Hager said.
"...ish," Guthrie quipped, drawing tons of laughter from the crew.
Hager looked exasperated at the crew as Guthrie tried to hold back giggles. (For the record, Hager is still "quite young" — she's only 43!)
"See?" she said, hilariously referring to what happens when one of her closest friends stops by to the set of TODAY with Jenna & Friends. Guthrie couldn't resist giving Hager a good-natured jab!

The two stars have a kinship that is unlike any other, and during a February 25 episode, one moment stands out for fans the most. Hager gave Guthrie one of the sweetest compliments a fellow mom could give! After showing footage of Guthrie's daughter, Vale, interviewing her mom about her faith and her new book, Mostly What God Does is Love You.
The interview touched Hager in a way viewers didn't see coming!
"I'm so lucky to be her godmother," Hager said through tears.
"I know, look at you crying. You're going to make me cry," Guthrie said.

Hager reiterated how proud she is of Guthrie's children and gave the longtime TODAY co-anchor one of the greatest compliments she could receive.
"Everything you've given to them, all of your faith that you pass down so gently, without preaching, without demanding, are in those little kids," Hager said. "And when the world feels dark, that is hope!"
