The Voice Just Earned a 2022 People's Choice Awards Nomination
Season 22 has been more than impressive!
The Voice just got honored by the 2022 People’s Choice Awards! The singing reality competition show has been nominated for Best Competition Show of 2022 for the PCAs' 48th ceremony.
This nomination comes after the premiere of The Voice Season 22 in September. The season has shown us some gorgeous voices during the Blind Auditions and Battle Rounds, and pretty soon the Knockout Rounds and Live Shows will commence.
When NBC Insider spoke to Coach John Legend, he said that Season 22 features some of the strongest talent yet. “There are a couple of my singers [this season] that I would put up against any singer that I’ve ever seen on the show," he said. “How does America just keep having so many great singers that we have access to? Because The Voice just keeps replenishing. Every season we get some phenomenal voices in here."

He continued, “It does make you feel a bit humble because these people sing better than we do! Some of them are just, like, ridiculously good. Some of these people are just incredible. I’m in awe and I’m inspired by them quite a lot."
As are we. To see what Legend is talking about, watch The Voice on NBC Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock.
