The Kelly Clarkson Show Host and former The Voice Coach (Seasons 14-21, 23) covered "Jaded" by Cyrus, a pop star herself and fellow former Voice Coach (Season 11, Season 13). And Clarkson's rendition was so emotional.
The singer put her heart, soul, and plenty of voice into the song, which is about pitying an ex because he isn't even mourning the break-up of an important relationship. Listen to her stunning performance here:
What to know about "Jaded" by Miley Cyrus
"Jaded" was the third single off Cyrus' 2023 album Endless Summer Vacation. According to Genius, it was produced by Greg Kurstin, who told Billboard, "Ron Perry and [Miley’s co-manager] Jonathan Daniel both reached out to me about Miley. We initially got together to write songs and 'Jaded' came out of one of our sessions with [writer] Sarah Aarons. We spent a lot of time at my studio. Miley is great to work with because she has a clear vision of what she wants and she doesn’t stop until she gets it. She’s also a lot of fun."
