The mystery drama, which premieres on February 23, was created by Jenna Bans and Bill Krebs.

NBC's juicy new drama Grosse Pointe Garden Society boasts an all-star ensemble cast of movie and TV veterans you've definitely seen before. Created by Jenna Bans and Bill Krebs, the series also stars Melissa FumeroAja Naomi KingBen Rappaport, and AnnaSophia Robb.

Watch the series premiere of Grosse Pointe Garden Society on Sunday, February 23 at 10/9c on NBC.  

The core characters are the members of a gardening club in the wealthy Michigan suburb of Grosse Pointe, who find themselves in over their heads when they become entangled in a murder plot, bringing their friends and family into the mysterious mix.

Melissa Fumero is "Birdie"

Birdie in Grosse Pointe Garden Society.

The entitled Birdie wrote a bestselling memoir, Digging for Gold: Dancing Through Divorce. She's rich and self-destructive at times, toxic at others, but there is real pain beneath her facade.

Fumero is best known as Detective Amy Santiago on the long-running sitcom Brooklyn 99, and she's since appeared in episodes of NBC's Lopez vs. Lopez and Night Court, and the second season of Peacock's Based On A True Story.

Aja Naomi King is "Catherine"

Catherine in Grosse Pointe Garden Society.

Catherine is an unhappily married mother of two, a realtor, and active member of the Garden Society. She also who works off some of her loneliness with a very juicy secret.

King rose to fame as Michaela Pratt on How To Get Away With Murder, and recently garnered an Emmy nomination for her role in Lessons in Chemistry.

Ben Rappaport is "Brett"

Brett in Grosse Pointe Garden Society.

Brett put his dreams of starting a car restoration business on hold so his now ex-wife could finish law school. Now, he works his job as a manager of a garden store to take care of his kids.

Rappaport got his big break in the NBC sitcom Outsourced and has gone on to appear on shows like The Good Wife, Mr. Robot, Younger and as Congressman George Howard in the first two episodes of Season 23 of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit ("And The Empire Strikes Back" "Never Turn Your Back On Them").

 AnnaSophia Robb is "Alice"

Alice in Grosse Pointe Garden Society.

Alice is a high school English teacher and a longtime member of the Grosse Pointe Garden Society, whose dreams unexpectedly come crashing down.

Robb began her career as a child actor, appearing in films like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Because of Winn-Dixie. She most recently starred in the film Rebel Ridge and the mini series Little Fires Everywhere.

Matthew Davis is "Joel"

Joel in Grosse Pointe Garden Society.

Joel is a local burned out cop who catches Birdie's eye. He just needs the slightest push to embrace a dark side of his own.

Davis had a long-running role as Alaric on The Vampire Diaries and the spin-off series Legacies. He's immediately recognizable as Warner in Legally Blonde, and joined the esteem ranks of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit guest stars in 2008, playing P.J. Bartlett in Season 9, Episode 18, "Trade."

Alexander Hodge is "Doug"

Doug in Grosse Pointe Garden Society.

Per Deadline, Doug is Alice’s husband. He once had dreams of being a wildly successful artist, but like Alice, his dreams have dwindled. He now fills his time by painting signs for local restaurants. You've seen Hodge in projects like Insecure, Wellmania and Joy Ride

Nancy Travis is "Patty"

Patty in Grosse Pointe Garden Society.

Patty is Doug's overbearing mother and Alice’s nightmare mother-in-law. She is a social climber dying for a grandchild, and has no boundaries when it comes to her son's relationship.

Travis has a long list of credits in well-known titles like So I Married An Axe Murderer, Three Men and a Baby, and Sisterhood of the Traveling pants. She co-starred in sitcoms like Becker and Last Man Standing and, of course, had an episode of SVU playing Winnie Olsen in Season 24, Episode 15, "King of the Moon."

Felix Wolfe is "Ford"

The same article reports that Ford is Joel's son, a student with no direction who's surprised by Birdie’s sudden interest in his success.

Wolfe is a young actor who has already amassed an impressive résumé that includes roles on New Girl, Glee, Speechless and a regular role on Raven's Home.

Watch the Grosse Pointe Garden Society series premiere on Sunday, February 23 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC and the next day on Peacock.
