Get to know Coco Jones, Team Legend's Battle Advisor on The Voice
Fans of TV's Bel-Air already are familiar with Jones for her current starring role on the Peacock-exclusive series. She plays Hilary Banks on the show, a business-minded social media influencer with a passion for culinary excellence. And through no coincidence at all, excellence is just what the Artists of Team Legend are striving for themselves on The Voice this season.
Born in 1998 in Columbia, South Carolina, Jones aspired from childhood to be a singing and acting star — and by the time she’d entered her teens, she’d already begun achieving the dream.

At age 13, Jones starred in the feature film Let in Shine, a teen musical film that put a smart, present-day twist on the romantic 19th-century classic Cyrano de Bergerac. Her musical career ascended hand-in-hand with acting roles. By 2012, she’d released her first single (“Holla at the DJ”) and spent the next decade taking the independent-artist route to singing success. Then, she exploded on the R&B charts with her 2023 ballad “ICU," off her major record-label debut, the 2022 EP What I Didn't Tell You.
“ICU” earned Jones a Grammy for Best R&B Performance. She’s since signed on for a forthcoming full-length studio album, titled Why Not More?, dropping April 2025.
