Parvati Shallow's Daughter Is "In Training" to Be a Future Survivor Champ: "She's Fierce"
"She knows what I'm up to. She's like, 'Oh, you're kind of bad!'" Parvati said of her six-year-old daughter, Ama.
Reality TV renegade Parvati Shallow, famous for her strategic prowess and fearless gameplay, has been eliminated from Deal or No Deal Island after making it to Season 2's final four.
While Parvati hoped to secure a victory for her six-year-old daughter, Ama, she didn't go down without a fight. The Survivor and The Traitors star scored safety from elimination nine times in a row, avoiding peril at Temple thanks to her infallible alliances and ace gameplay. But one wrong move can send you packing on Banker's Island, and after striking a bad deal with the Banker, Parvati's game came to a disheartening conclusion.
"Going against the Banker and losing feels really crushing," Parvati confessed during the March 18 DONDI episode. "It was really hard for me to do this and leave my daughter for this amount of time, and to not be able to talk to her. I fought so hard and set myself up so well, to leave now."

In NBC Insider's exclusive exit interview with Parvati Shallow, the Mother of "The Family" alliance explains why she was reminded of her daughter the entire time she was on the island — revealing that her little one just might be a future Survivor winner.
Parvati's six-year-old daughter is already "training" for Survivor
During NBC Insider's exit interview with the DONDI heavyweight, Parvati revealed her daughter has already seen some of her mom's reality television adventures.
"She's watched some of my challenges from Survivor, and she watched the poisoning episode [of Peacock's Traitors] with Ekin-Su," Parvati said. "She knows what I'm up to. She's like, 'Oh, you're kind of bad, but I'm gonna be good.'"
"She knows the name of my book is Nice Girls Don't Win, and she's like, 'Mom, that's not true — nice girls do win!'" Parvati added with a smile. "And I'm like, 'You'll get it later... it's too soon for you to understand the nuance of what that means.'
"But, [Ama] is definitely in training," Parvati happily reported. "She's fierce, she is very determined. She's very competitive, she hates losing. If it's a card game, she will cheat to win. So I'm like, 'Hmm, do we have a future Survivor winner in the fam?' Probably, if these games keep going. Which, why would they stop? People are obsessed. Yeah, she'll be doing it."
Parvati found herself thinking of her six-year-old fairly often on Banker's Island thanks to her mamma bear status among the group. Parvati has always excelled thanks to her social game, leaning into her caretaker persona while attempting to keep her Survivor history hidden from the competition. After Dr. Will Kirby exposed Parvati as a reality TV icon, she didn't bristle, thanks to a helpful hack she picked up while raising Ama.
"I've learned this from being a parent: If you don't make it weird, it doesn't get weird," Parvati shared. "If you make a big deal out of it, it gets really weird and it turns into a huge snowball big deal.
"But everyone in the game was new, they're all kind of like my babies," Parvati continued. "That's why I felt like the mamma of the group. I was like, 'I'm the mom because they're all my babies.' And I was like, 'I'm just 'gonna relate to all of them as I relate to my own daughter, who's 6 years old...' If I can come in and offer them some comfort or a sense of safety, they're gonna latch on to that."
Watch the Season 2 finale of Deal or No Deal Island on Tuesday, March 25 at 9/8c on NBC and the next day on Peacock.
