Poker Face Season 2: Everything to Know About Guest Stars, Premiere Date & More
Rian Johnson and Natasha Lyonne's hit mystery-of-the-week show returns to Peacock Thursday, May 8.
After a two-year gap, Poker Face is finally returning to Peacock this May.
Hailing from visionary creator, writer, director, and executive producer Rian Johnson (Looper, Knives Out, Star Wars: The Last Jedi), the hit series harkens back to the mystery-of-the-week shows from the 1970s — notably Columbo, The Rockford Files, and Murder, She Wrote. Executive producer, director, writer, and star Natasha Lyonne returns to play the only main character, Charlie Cale, a nomadic sleuth who stumbles into crime scenes and solves them with her uncanny ability to tell when other people are lying.

"Charlie Cale is back on the run, and in Season 2 we’ve taken her journey to the next level one murder mystery at a time," Lyonne and Johnson said a previously released joint statement. "From minor league baseball to big box retail, from funeral homes to alligator farms and even a grade school talent show, Charlie navigates her crime solving existential road-trip with deadpan wit, human empathy, and her signature uncanny lie-detecting ability."
