Like Old Faithful, the iconic geyser in the national park that shares its name with the hit series, Yellowstone is coming to Peacock right on schedule. The second part of the fifth season of the neo-Western will be exclusively streaming on Peacock as of March 16.

Yellowstone, which was created by Taylor Sheridan, premiered in 2018 to widespread acclaim, and now all five seasons of the Kevin Costner-led series are available to stream on Peacock. The first half of the fifth and possibly final season (more on that below) of Yellowstone aired in late 2022, while the second half debuted in November 2024. Now fans can stream the entire series and pick up where the first half of Season 5 left off.

Yellowstone Season 5: Part 2, which consists of six episodes (including the finale) and which fans eagerly anticipated for two years, sees the Dutton family facing new challenges in the aftermath of a tragedy that rocks them to their foundations and creates a dangerous power vacuum in the state of Montana.

Is there another season of Yellowstone on the way?

The Season 5 finale has been described as a series finale, and indeed it does seem like this will be the last fans see of Costner’s family patriarch since the actor left the series. However, there is chatter about the Yellowstone story continuing.

The season finale has been called a series finale, and Costner has exited the show, but it’s possible this won’t be the last fans see of the Duttons.

Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser, who play Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, respectively, are reportedly in talks to star in a sixth season of the series that would continue their characters' stories.

"Taylor can figure out how to absolutely continue if he wants to. But that’s just Taylor being a brilliant writer. I’m not telling you that it is continuing, it’s just that he’s smart enough as a writer to do that if that’s something that he is passionate about," Hauser told The Hollywood Reporter ahead of the Season 5 finale.

"It’s up to him. We trust him," Reilly added. "He’s a master storyteller, and we help him tell these characters’ stories, and it’s been such a ride and so electrifying to play and so invigorating. I trust him. I trust him with wherever he takes her; whether we’re leaving her where we’ve left her, or we’re going to find her somewhere else, I trust him. I really could go either way right now. But the dealbreaker really for me is the writing, the writing has to be from him."

Neither Sheridan nor Paramount Network, the channel the show originates on, have confirmed if there will, officially, be a sixth season. Fans are excited about the possibility, and of course, should there be a sixth season, you’ll know where to stream it when the time comes.

The first four and a half seasons of Yellowstone are available to stream on Peacock. The entire series will be streaming as of March 16 when Season 5: Part 2 arrives on Peacock.
