You've watched the documentaries, revisited 50(!) classic sketches representing five decades of SNL, and you might've heard how many cast members and former Hosts are planning to appear on NBC's three-hour live extravaganza. And now the sketches are written, the celebrity guest list is finalized, and Studio 8H is about to be absolutely packed — SNL50: The Anniversary Special is finally here.
"There's so many things I wish I could tell you," cast member Chloe Fineman told NBC's Mark Barger on the red carpet of February 14's SNL: The Homecoming Concert.
"There are some appearances that I teared up about when I found out they would be a part of Sunday — and also, just the celebration of all of our greatest hits," Fineman continued. "We rehearsed today — it was honestly one of the most fun rehearsals I've had in six years!"
Hours ahead of the broadcast, NBC confirmed additional big names who'll participate this evening: Alec Baldwin, Ana Gasteyer, Billy Crystal, Cher, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Leslie Jones, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Mike Myers, Miles Teller, Rachel Dratch, and Rev. Al Sharpton, "and more surprises."

The three-hour program is set to air live across time zones on NBC and Peacock on Sunday, February 16, starting at 8ET/5pm PT.
