Lady Gaga and Andy Samberg's Dramatic "D*** in a Box" Duet Is Truly Sublime (VIDEO)
The incredible performance was one of the many memorable moments from SNL50: The Homecoming Concert.
Andy Samberg and Lady Gaga led an epic musical medley of Lonely Island classics at SNL50: The Homecoming Concert.
The star-studded night took place Friday, February 14, at Radio City Music Hall in New York, and featured performances from past Saturday Night Live Musical Guests like Cher, Lauryn Hill, David Byrne, Robyn, The B-52's, and Miley Cyrus — just to name a few.

At one point during the live show, Gaga sat behind a piano on stage, with SNL alum Andy Samberg seated on a stool next to her. Samberg — wearing a cowboy hat — tried to do his best Bradley Cooper impression as he and Gaga started to sing "Shallow," the hit Oscar-winning song from A Star Is Born.
As the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star sang the intro of the number, it sounded a little... off. Gaga noticed too, pausing her piano playing, saying, "Andy, I gotta stop you."
"Because it's bad?" Samberg asked, already knowing the answer.
"Yes, it's very bad," Gaga replied.
"I could tell as soon as I started it was off," Samberg continued. "Maybe we skip it?"
"I think we maybe could do something that's more in your vocal range," Gaga offered in front of the audience.
"Good thought for sure, but what? There is one song, but Justin's not here to do his parts..." Samberg said, referring to his frequent SNL Digital Short co-star, Justin Timberlake.
Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell perform "Lazy Sunday" during Lonely Island medley at SNL50: The Homecoming Concert
"Andy don't be a b***h, I'll do it with you," said Gaga, as the two launched into a dramatic duet of "D*** in a Box" and "Motherlover." Their performance was interrupted by another SNL alum, Chris Parnell, who came out onstage to perform the 2005 viral hit, "Lazy Sunday," with Samberg.
Their massive medley is interrupted yet again, this time by Lonely Island member and former SNL writer Jorma Taccone, who appeared dressed as a giant cupcake. Taccone shoots Samberg with a laser cat — as Imogen Heap's "Hide and Seek," plays, calling out another SNL Digital Short, "The Shooting AKA Dead Sister."
From there, even more superstar singers participated in the epic performance. Bad Bunny — who sang "Baile Inolvidable" and "DtMF" earlier in the evening — returned to the stage to treat the audience to an operatic version of "I Just Had Sex." Next, T-Pain appeared, flanked by two mermaids, as he sang his bridge from "I'm on a Boat." Eddie Vedder then entered on a pirate ship, singing the chorus from "Jack Sparrow," originally belted by Michale Bolton.

The epic number ended with all of the performers gathered onstage, backed by a choir and even more dancing cupcakes. The medley concluded with Lady Gaga centerstage, wearing a box from "D*** in the Box" as everyone joined together to sing, "I jizz in my pants!"
