The Stars Co-Hosting the Week's TODAY with Jenna & Friends Includes a Familiar Face

Jenna Bush Hager's slate of guests continues into the week of March 17!

By Chris Phelan

Jenna Bush Hager is still searching for her permanent on-screen partner for TODAY's fourth hour, which means the week of March 17 will feature more very special guest co-hosts!

How to Watch

Watch TODAY weekdays at 7AM ET on NBC.

Viewers will barely have time to catch their breath from retired basketball legend Dwyane Wade's all-star performance as guest co-host for all of last week. But they'll at least be greeted by a familiar face for the first two days of this week!

Willie Geist will co-host TODAY with Jenna & Friends on March 17 and 18

TODAY star Willie Geist will once again leave an indelible impression on Hager — and viewers — when he takes on guest-hosting duties on Monday and Tuesday! The announcement was made on Instagram and unsurprisingly, the star's many, many fans flooded the comment section with words of encouragement.

"Yes!!! Love Willie!! He has to be the one!! 🙌❤️," wrote one big-time Geist fan.

Fortunately, Geist won't have to worry about any stage fright. Not only is he host of Sunday TODAY, but he's already joined Hager as a guest co-host before: On March 4, to be exact. The two have already shown some fantastic chemistry, and fans can't wait to see if Geist moves closer to claiming the ever-elusive permanent co-host spot.

A split of Willie Geist and Brooke Shields

Brooke Shields will co-host TODAY with Jenna & Friends from March 19–21

Fresh off a memorable stint guest-hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show comes actress Brooke Shields to TODAY with Jenna & Friends to close out the week. The star showed off her natural hosting talents on TKCS, highlighted by a memorable interview with the great Smokey Robinson when she admitted she was captivated by the iconic musician's eyes (see the embedded video above).

Hager will be a lucky lady on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday — when you have someone like Shields sitting next to you all show, it's almost like you have the day off!

Jenna Bush Hager embraces her new "dating" life on TODAY with Jenna & Friends

Once Hoda Kotb departed the show in January, Hager has been on the search of a lifetime — finding the person who can fill Kotb's shoes every day. Adorably, Hager calls it a version of dating she never thought she'd find herself in!

"I'm so thrilled I met my husband when I did, because all the best things have come from that — my husband and the life we built," Hager explained in a TODAY.com interview. "But I did make that joke like, 'You got to date when you were young… to get out and have fun.' Never did I expect six months later I'd be in my own dating era."

Even she's shocked at the stars who have signed up to guest host week after week so far!

"It's just wild — just the fact that these A-list stars who could be doing anything want to be sitting on our set is a testament to the show and to what we've built," she said.
