The twists and turns have been endless, with the final five players facing a double elimination during DONDI's March 11 episode. With the end in sight, alliances were tested as these DONDI heavyweights started envisioning that coveted final game against the Banker.

Survivor stars David Genat and Parvati Shallow stuck to their "Family" alliance, even after Parvati landed on the chopping block alongside Courtney Kim (C.K.) and Phillip Solomon after the Banker's grueling Excursion. Phillip may have failed to secure immunity but tasted victory by scoring $75,000 during the challenge. Meanwhile, David earned the power to send someone to face the Banker and send someone home without any chance of redemption, leaving him with two game-changing decisions.

Applauded for his social gameplay and whip-smart wit, everyone was shocked when David chose Phillip for instant elimination. Phillip will be sorely missed, and he didn't hold back while dishing details about his Banker's Island demise during his chat with Boston Rob. Read on to learn more.

Phillip Solomon is "done" with C.K. after a shocking DONDI lie

Boston Rob was excited to congratulate Phillip on his incredible DONDI run, quickly getting into some of the drama Phillip found himself in on the island, especially during his eleventh hour. True to her high-strategy gameplay, C.K. wasted no time using Phillip's $75,000 victory against him as she fought to stay in the game. Not only did C.K. highlight that Phillip had already won money in the game, but she also told David that Phillip was ready to leave Banker's Island after the challenge. But was he?

"I know that C.K. had a very heavy hand in this," Phillip revealed to Rob. "I think that she went to David right after the Excursion and said, 'Philip told me he's ready to leave.'"

In an unaired clip, David visited Phillip in his dome to chat about what he'd heard through the C.K. grapevine, confused over Phillip's sudden interest in leaving the competition. When David asked Phillip why he was packing his bags, Phillip was quick to clarify, "I never said that." With C.K. and Phillip on the chopping block that night, C.K. didn't hold back in positing Phillip as the next one to go home, and she was willing to twist the truth to sway the tides.

"Here's the thing, I would not ever be like, 'Guys, I've had a good run!'" Phillip explained. "Like, even if I felt it in my head, in my spirit, I never would have said that out loud. Because I'm not stupid, because I know that everyone's always looking for an easy out. And so if I would have said, 'I'm ready to go,' [David would] have been like, 'Great, cool, done. Easy.'"

"For me, with her [C.K.], I'm done," Phillip explained, clearly fed up with C.K.'s backstabbing antics. When asked how he felt about his gameplay getting to DONDI's final five, Phillip remains proud of his Banker's Island tenure and excited to take advantage of his $75,000 earnings.

"I feel amazing about the way I played," Phillip said. "I was so scared that I was going to come in here and be not a true version of myself, not an authentic version of me and I was going to hold back on certain things. And I did not; I think we can watch every episode and be like, 'Yep, that was me 100 percent of the time.'"

Phillip concluded, "I didn't win, but I get to walk away with so much more. A wallet full of cash, a smile on my face, and I promise you, a heart that is so, so full."
