Is The Americas New Tonight? (Sunday, March 2)
Get ready for more back-to-back episodes of the breathtaking nature series narrated by Tom Hanks!
Are you ready for more back-to-back episodes of The Americas? The stunning nature docuseries narrated by Tom Hanks and scored by Hans Zimmer returns to NBC tonight with a pair of brand-new installments: "The Wild West" (where, among other highlights, bison battle on the plains) and "The Amazon" (where giant otters hunt together).
"A ton of it is ... just me reacting to this footage," Hanks admitted in a recent interview with Today. "There are times where I cannot believe what I am looking at. There is not a moment of artificiality in there. Nothing has been CGI'd ... [You ask yourself], 'How long is someone bent over an eyepiece of a camera, saying, I think the bee is going to land where the other bee is'?"
