Is a New Episode of Law & Order: Organized Crime on Tonight? April 2023

Law & Order: Organized Crime has been delivering non-stop thrills, but Season 3 is slowing down the action this April just for a bit.

Is a new episode of Law & Order: Organized Crime on tonight? (April 2023)

The bittersweet news of OC going on an April hiatus may be softened by recent announcements about Season 4. Yes, next fall we're getting a new season of Law & Order: Organized Crime. Series creator Dick Wolf is just as pleased as viewers are about the renewal. 

“I’m pleased to continue my four-decade relationship with Universal Television and NBC,” Wolf's statement reads. “All six shows [including the three One Chicago shows] being picked up again is the ultimate accolade to our incredible casts, producers, and writers. I'd also like to thank our loyal fans who have kept our NBC shows on the air for what will be a cumulative 84 seasons.”

When does Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 return? 

New episodes of Law & Order: Organized Crime will return on Thursday, April 27 at 10/9c on NBC. Fans may be missing Stabler, but have no fear, Law & Order's resident "zaddy" will be back soon.  

“We understand the emotional connection our audience has with these characters and we can’t wait to bring more of their stories to the forefront next season,” Lisa Katz, president of scripted programming at NBCUniversal and Streaming, said following OC's Season 4 renewal. “A huge thank you to Dick and his amazing team who are the masters of producing incredibly compelling television week after week.”
