Who is David Genat's wife, Pearl Christensen?

Like her husband Genat, Pearl Christensen is a fitness aficionado. Christensen's Instagram bio reveals she is a "movement coach, barbell addict, paleo junky" with an affinity for sharing snapshots of family life. Based on a 2013 photo she shared on Instagram of the Survivor star giving her a smooch, Christensen and Genat have been together for over a decade. The couple and their kids reside in Perth, Australia.

During Genat's time on Survivor Australia: All Stars, Christensen shared a sweet snapshot from the red carpet with the whole family cheesing about Genat's victory. "So proud of this incredible human," Christensen captioned the heartwarming family photo. "He is always up for a challenge, digs into learning new things, tolerates immense stress with grace, doesn't ever give up, and somehow makes almost everything fun. So happy to be in Australia with him."

How many kids does David Genat have?

Genat shares sons Winston and Hugo with his ex-wife, Kathleen, and a daughter named Rei with his current wife, Christensen. Genat is also a stepfather to Christensen's eldest daughter from a former relationship, making Genat a proud father of four.

During Genat's high-stakes game against the Banker during the February 18 episode of Deal or No Deal Island, Genat was faced with choosing between briefcases No. 4 and No. 11, and the decision had the Survivor star torn due to his allegiance to his four kids. "So, 11 was my basketball number," Genat told host Joe Manganiello, adding, "But I have four kids."

Many Deal or No Deal players have been burnt by choosing family-influenced cases, prompting some concerned looks around the Temple. "Family numbers haven't played well," La Shell cautioned him.

"They haven't, but I do hold [No. 4] in high regard," Genat explained, keeping his kids' briefcase in the game. After Genat made an excellent deal against the Banker, his faith in his family was well-rewarded. Genat's been crushing the DONDI competition this season, and during a chat with Entertainment Weekly, he was keen to reveal how his wife and kids have responded to his Season 2 shenanigans.

"They're loving it. They love the show," Genat gushed. "I do some pretty wild stuff on these shows, and I have a pretty open card to do whatever I want. I guess I treat it like it's an acting role. It's like open season. I can kind of do what I want in the show. So they've been really enjoying it. I think they like to see that side of me. I think the side they get is pretty nice and regular and probably boring. So then they see me out there being crazy. They love it."
