When does the American Ninja Warrior Women's Championship air?
The American Ninja Warrior Women's Championship is an annual special that airs ahead of upcoming season of ANW. The fourth annual American Ninja Warrior Women's Championship special aired on Sunday, May 12 at 9/8c. As usual, Hosts Matt Iseman, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Zuri Hall weighed in on all of the action.

“[American Ninja Warrior] is a unique competition that it is about the people and the stories and it has a lot of unique characteristics," ANW executive producer Arthur Smith told Deadline. "Where else do you have athletes rooting for each other? Where else do you have women and men competing on the same course? We have a community and there’s so many positive values."
How does the ANW Women's Championship work?
The ANW Women's Championship is a pulse-pounding competition with some minor changes to ANW's typical formula. Viewers see 16 elite female Ninjas compete on the world’s most challenging obstacle course. The winner will take home the coveted title of this year’s Women’s Champion and a grand prize of $50,000.

Who won the fourth American Ninja Warrior Women's Championship?
The winner of the 2024 ANW Women's Championship was Addy Herman. The young Ninja first skyrocketed through the competition on American Ninja Warrior Junior. Herman also competed in the third annual ANW Women's Championship, coming in second place. Now dominating the advanced stages of the race, Herman took home the title of Women's Champion after a white-knuckled race to the finish. After staking her claim on the title of Champion, NBC Insider chatted with Herman about the mind-blowing victory.
"It was crazy, the buildup from last season to this season was just unbelievable," Herman told us. "It was really a dream come true because I had come so close the season before on the Women's Championship. To then be able to relive that moment and get my redemption, it was just the best moment of my entire life."
