What’s on the Olympics Today? (July 30, 2024)

The 2024 Paris Olympics roll on and the United States’ leads the medal count, entering Tuesday, July 30 with 20 (three gold, eight silver, and nine bronze).

Things will only get more interesting Tuesday, as Simone Biles, Suni Lee and their U.S. teammates set their sights on gold in the women’s gymnastics team event. Also, U.S. men’s soccer faces Guinea after a resounding 4-1 defeat of New Zealand in their last match. And there’ll be another round of swimming finals, including the women’s 100m backstroke, men’s 800m freestyle, and men’s 4x200 freestyle relay.
