The morning show hosts (Mikey Day and Heidi Gardner) were even more confused than most of us are at this point, so they tapped an "expert" (Dua Lipa) to explain. 

Dua Lipa pulled double duty as Host and Musical Guest, starring in a Challengers parody and performing songs from her Radical Optimism album. 

Saturday Night Live's hair and makeup departments knocked it out of the park with their unsettling looks.

The Fall Guy star's third turn hosting featured cameos from Kate McKinnon, Emily Blunt, and Caitlin Clark. 

Paul Rudd also popped up as an over-enthusiastic improv group member, while Matt Damon played himself in "Retirement Party," a callback to several vintage SNL sketches.

"I have to thank you, because you are actually part of why I believe I'm on SNL," Gardner told Clarkson, detailing the key role "Heartbeat Song" played during her audition. 

Saturday Night Live's Bachelor parody allowed Adele to casually burst into pitch-perfect snippets of her biggest hits—and she was robbed of that First Impression Rose. 

After stripping down to take a cold plunge in his monologue, Dune: Part Two's Brolin got gloriously silly in an episode that also featured Ariana Grande in sketches.
