We can't wait!

John Is Back for Another Legendary Season

It's been a big week for The Voice Coach John Legend!

How to Watch

Watch The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

Just days after he and his wife, Chrissy Teigen, announced they're expecting another child, Legend revealed to fans that he's dropping his eighth studio album, Legend, on September 9.

“Until this point, I’ve never used an aspect of my name as the title of an album,” he said in a statement. “I had to earn that, to live up to it by delivering in the performance and the music. And this is me saying I’m proud of who I am, I’m confident in the work I’ve done, and I’m just going to declare it.”

The project is a double album with a total of 24 songs, split into an "Act I" and "Act II." Legend has already dropped three singles: "Honey" ft. Muni Long, "Dope" ft. JID, and the most recent, "All She Wanna Do" ft. Saweetie. Other prominent features include Rick Ross, Jhené Aiko, and Jazmine Sullivan.

If you want to hear Legend's music in real life, the Grammy winner currently has tickets available for his Las Vegas residency, "Love in Las Vegas" at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood. The crooner has shows through August 20 before taking a short break and resuming the residency again October 14.

If we're lucky, maybe Legend will give us a peek at his new music during the upcoming season of The Voice. He's returning as a Coach for Season 22, which premieres Monday, September 19 at 8/7c on NBC. He'll be joined by fellow Coaches Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Camilla Cabello

Watch The Voice on Peacock and on NBC.
