No, Transplant will not be airing any new episodes at this time during a three week holiday hiatus.

When is Transplant coming back?
Transplant returns to NBC on Thursday, December 28 at 9/8c with Season 3, Episode 7's "Rumination."
The drama will then maintain its Thursday time slot through to Episode 10 on January 11. However, beginning January 19, 2024 Transplant will begin airing Fridays at 8/7c until its finale.

Seasons 1 and 2 are available in full on Peacock, in addition to all of the Season 3 episodes that have aired so far.
What happened in the last episode of Transplant?
To refresh your memory for once the medical drama returns, in Season 3, Episode 7's "Audition" Bash and Mags butt heads as she attempts to advise him on how to deal with Amira, who left their home and decided she'd like to stay with his ex Rania. In the end, Bash and Mags make up and he decided that Amira can stay with Rania for as long as she needs.
