All 70 Books in Jenna Bush Hager’s Book Club, Read With Jenna

Time to get reading with the TODAY co-anchor.

By Elizabeth Logan

If you're always in search of for your next great read, you've likely heard of Read With Jenna book club, a monthly book selection from TODAY's own Jenna Bush Hager.

How to Watch

Watch TODAY weekdays at 7AM ET on NBC.

“I love reading for so many reasons. It really is my escape from everyday life. It’s how I calm down. It’s how I detach. It’s how I fall in love with other places that I will never go to. It’s how I empathize with characters who are nothing like me. There’s nothing like falling in love with a book,” Hager (the daughter of a former librarian and FLOTUS, Laura Bush) reflected at the start of 2023.

Having a book club is her way of involving others in this passion, and fans of the TODAY co-anchor can't get enough of her fantastic book selections! As of September 2024, her book list is 70 titles strong — and its getting bigger and better every month.

“When we started Read With Jenna, we hoped to build a community of people who wanted to read here and there. I don’t think we ever could have imagined that we’d have...a community that’s so engaged and compassionate," Hager told TODAY.com as the project celebrated its fourth anniversary.

From classics to hot new titles, mind-blowing nonfiction to heart-stopping thrillers, Hager's selections span every genre.

Her latest for September 2024? Blue Sisters by Coco Mellors. Hager is already raving about her September pick. "It’s been a long time since I’ve come across a story about sisterhood that resonated with me as much as Little Women, but Blue Sisters captured my heart from the start," she captioned on Instagram. "Blue Sisters is the perfect book to kick off your fall reading list. It’s a powerful, heart-wrenching story about family, loss, resilience, and the unbreakable bond between sisters."
